Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it is handed off to our shipping partner for delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7–15 days after processing.

Fulfillment
STILL is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner.
Orders are securely packaged and shipped without invoices or third-party branding.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the delivery timelines above, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or customs processing).
